Biltong is the South African version of beef jerky. At Carnivore Meat Company we make biltong the old fashioned way.  We thick cut steaks of beef, cure it with salt and spices, and air dry it for about 10 days.  This option is then sliced for maximum flavor and tenderness. USDA Certified.

Safari biltong is a South African favorite, this spice blend is imported straight out of South Africa and guaranteed to bring back the flavor of home.
