10 pounds of our beef boerewors stuffed in a natural sheep casing. No pork at all. Due to the sheep casing this wors is thinner than traditional boerewors - thicker than droewors but not as thick as a hog casing.

Packaging: The wors is made in approximately 2lb links but link lengths and sizes may vary. Please note that it is not vacuum sealed in coils - you will have to repackage the sausage yourself according to your own preferences.

Shipping: Product is frozen and packaged in a foam cooler box with gel packs. We recommend at least 2 day shipping but provide different options and costs. We only ship fresh products on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays
