Do you like your biltong whole? Very wet or very dry? Do you like to make your own biltong but don't have the time? Now we have an option for you.

We use USDA grade sirloin (with fat on) and cut it into small steaks. Seasoned with Safari brand biltong spice for that authentic South African taste from home.

Shipping: Product is frozen and packaged in a foam cooler box with gel packs. We recommend at least 2 day shipping but provide different options and costs. We only ship fresh products on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays
